Beginner Classes are offered:

Tuesday and Thursday Evenings 7:30 - 830

Saturday Noon - 1:00

No contracts.

Classes are $15. Pay as you go. 

Or $75 for a month of as many classes as you want.

No Unifoms.

Wear comfortable loose cotton-based clothing.  No street shoes on the practice floor.

Barefoot, socks, leather or cotton soled martial arts shoes.

No Schedule.

Just drop me an email ( marycryan@comcast.net ) or a phone call (303.759.9118) to let me know when you are starting.   You can attend any of the beginner classes at any time.  The classes are small eough to let me tailor the class to the level of those present.

No pressure.

Classes are small which allow for a lot of individualized attention.. I speacialize in helping  people rearrange their bodies.  See "The Game of Tai Chi" above.
